Background
Being the result of Mont-side breeding of the *perfect* Dahlia, Calanthe was indeed the desired perfection of two Dahlia's attempting to throw true. While her mother left service to become the consort of a Prince of the Blood, Calanthe remained on Mont Nuit, captive of Naamah's teachings and the political workings of the Night Court of Elua. Her purpose: to surpass others in what she would achieve. And thus she became a novice after fostering at the House she was born into, never faltering or diverging from the path that was laid out for her. Natural charm would alleviate the air of composure and dignity, a thorough knowledge in etiquette and the workings of noble houses within Terre d'Ange acquired in long years of training. Confidence, that certain air of accomplished wit and a sharp mind, were adding to the Dahlia's assets, that continued to confirm her route in Naamah's Service.
Her debut was highly anticipated, of course, and it was there, at a formal dinner held at the salon of the House, that she shined with her skills as a conversionalist and her exquisite grace on the dancefloor. The further the evening progressed, the more she continued to dance with the one interested patron that raised his bids in the auction each time - to emerge as the eventual winner of her debut. It is rare that refined beauty meets with a personality so confident and yet gentle.
